Paint:lab is a walk-in art studio where people can experience, express, and explore their creativity through the medium of paint without having to set up a studio at home. Staff is made up of experienced painters and artists who provide a fun, creative, environment for customers.

They offer in-studio two-hour workshops for those who wish to learn a new medium, art process or just brush up on their techniques. The goal is to allow both painters and non-painters alike the opportunity of discovering the artist within. At Paint:lab, people can experience, express and explore their creativity through the medium of paint, their motto is “Everyone Can Paint!

Information & Restrictions

The Deal:  

• $400 for Weekly Double Session (Regular Price $450 - Save 13%)
• $550 for Weekly Full Day Session (Regular Price $630 - Save 13%)

Ages: Camp is for ages 6-12.

• Half Day Morning:  9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
• Half Day Afternoon:  11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Full Day:  9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

2024 Summer Camp Dates:

• Camp runs Monday-Friday all summer long from June 10th - August 30th.

Daily Themes:

• Monday: Featured Artist. Students will look at a particular artist’s work and learn the style and technique used by the artist.
• Tuesday: Animals & Adventure. In each session, we will focus on animals, and their habitats and/or explore places around the world through art using different styles of painting and drawing.
• Wednesday: Mixed Media. This class will focus on the use of different materials. Students will create art looking at subject matter from abstract to realistic pieces using different mediums.
• Thursday: Drawing & more. Students will learn the fundamentals of drawing, including but not limited to perspective, light/shadow, and composition, with the use of various drawing materials.
• Friday: Fantasy. An interactive class where students look at a particular aspect of fantasy art, from fairies to dragons, to recognizable cartoons and caricatures in a made-up or realistic environment. This class welcomes input and encourages students to make suggestions on the subject matter.

What You Need to Know:

• Limit four vouchers per person.
• Camp sessions must be booked in advance, with a minimum one day notice. No drop-ins will be permitted on the day of camp.
• Please provide a snack and drink for your child daily.
• Voucher includes materials fee.
• During camp, kids will work with a variety of painting and drawing materials. They will learn various painting & drawing techniques including, but not limited to, color theory, paint mixing & application, perspective & composition as well as learning about various artists and art movements.
• Summer Student Art Exhibition for your child to showcase their work is scheduled for Saturday, June 29 from 10am-1pm, Saturday July 27th from 10am-1pm and Saturday, August 31st from 10am - 1pm!
